Poker Brat to Defend Heads Up Title
07th of March 2014
In 2013 Phil Hellmuth took the victory over Chris "Jesus" Ferguson and many other pro poker players an celebrities in the National Heads Up Poker Championship. The show aired last year on NBC, with prime time viewers getting a good look at No Limit Texas Hold'em, many for the first time. It is time for the "Poker Brat" to defend his title in a three day event starting Saturday, March 4th.
Held in Las Vegas, the poker event will have 64 of the best professional poker players along with celebrities in one-on-one battles. Many people feel that one on one, or "heads up" is the purest form of No Limit Texas Hold'em. It will certainly pay well, with a $500,000 prize for first place.
