a lot of decision making freedom. Every department in our home
office from Accounting to Human Resources to Marketing is there
to help support our managers and their decisions.
By providing our managers with alot of support, the
home office allows our managers to concentrate on having a
good time at work, running a great shift and making their
restaurant profitable without a lot of the stresses that
often fall on restaurant managers.
After all "it's not life and death, it's lunch and dinner."
At the end of their shifts, our managers are able to go home
from work in a good mood and not worry about the restaurant.
