Hooters believes in sharing the wealth with our managers
by offering a lucrative and achievable performance pay plan.
All managers are eligible for performance pay and quarterly
bonus right out of training.
- PERIOD PERFORMANCE PAY - This bonus is paid out every 4 weeks
(13 times a year). The potential per manager is a percentage
of a minimum of $2800.
This is paid put every 4 weeks (13 times a year). The potential
performance pay per manager is a percentage of a starting pay
scale of $2800. This amount can go up or down based on hitting
store performance goals for the following 3 criteria:
- Cost of Goods - Each store has a target based on their
food/alcohol/merchandise mix.
- Total Controllable Income - A tailor-made profit mix per
store based on controllable expenses.
- Sales - Each store has a sales target they need to achieve
- QUARTERLY BONUS - This is a $2500 bonus pool divided
evenly between each stores management team. This bonus is based on
4 criteria:
- HR Audit
- Marketing Audit
- Facility Audit
- Secret Shopper Scores
- TENURE BONUS - Managers are eligible for tenure bonus
after 5 years with the company. In order to receive this
bonus, you must be a GM with us for 2 years.
This bonus is based on your store's profitability and
sales (compared to previous year) and is paid out twice
per year.
Basically, this bonus gives tenured GM's a piece of the
action of their store. This bonus is given out by the company
as a sign of appreciation to our long-term mangers.
